How to Access & Use Your Points

1. Check Your Points

Log into your BloomToYouth profile and navigate to the “My Points” section to view your current points balance.

2. Redeem Your Points

Option 1: Apply Directly at Checkout

• Use your points directly on the checkout page to reduce your total.

• Ensure you are logged into your account to apply points seamlessly.

Option 2: Convert to a Coupon

• Convert your points into a shareable single-use coupon.

• Share your coupon with friends or family as a thoughtful gift.

How to Earn Points

Every purchase brings you closer to Bloom rewards. Here’s how you can earn:

Extra Point Milestones

• 400 Points: Earn an additional +50 points.

• 1500 Points: Earn an additional +150 points.

• 3000 Points: Earn an additional +300 points.

• 10,000 Points: Earn an additional +1000 points.

Client Badges & Levels

Reach loyalty milestones and gain bonus points:

• Bloom To Youth Newbie (700 Points): +100 bonus points.

• Bloom To Youth Enthusiast (2000 Points): +300 bonus points.

• Bloom To Youth Family (5000 Points): +2000 bonus points.

• Bloom To Youth Bulk Buyer (12,500 Points): +6000 bonus points.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be a registered member to earn and redeem Bloom To Youth rewards Points.

• Points are awarded based on the purchase price, excluding VAT.

• A first-time purchase is required to activate point-earning privileges.

2. Earning Points

• Points cannot be earned or redeemed on certain promotional or sale items.

• Points calculation excludes specified products as indicated on their respective product pages.

3. Using Points

• Points are rounded to the nearest integer when converted to a rand value.

• A maximum of R500 in points can be redeemed per order.

• Points expire 6 months after being earned.

• Points are non-transferable between accounts.

• Free shipping applies to orders with a final cart total exceeding R1 499 after points are applied.

4. Operational Rights

• BloomToYouth reserves the right to adjust points due to system errors or discrepancies.

• The redemption ratio for points may change without prior notice.

• The loyalty program may be terminated at any time without prior compensation.
