1. Definitions

2. Enrollment in the Program

To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through our affiliate program sign-up page. BloomtoYouth.com reserves the right to review and accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Acceptance into the program does not establish any form of partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

2.1 Eligibility

Participants must:

• Not promote BloomtoYouth.com in a way that violates our brand guidelines or applicable laws.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to the following:

• Promote BloomtoYouth.com products through appropriate affiliate links.
• Adhere to all marketing guidelines provided by BloomtoYouth.com.
• Refrain from misleading practices or misrepresentation of the products.
• Use affiliate links provided by us to ensure tracking and proper commission payments.
• Ensure that your website or platform does not contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to content that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, or illegal activities.

4. Commissions

4.1 Commission Structure

4.2 Commission Qualification

• Commissions are earned only on sales made through properly tracked affiliate links.

• BloomtoYouth.com reserves the right to adjust commission rates or disqualify commissions for any fraudulent, suspicious, or erroneous transactions.

4.3 Payment

• Using paid advertising on search engines, social media platforms, or any other digital channels to promote affiliate links without prior written approval.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Promotion of inappropriate content or activities.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicion of commission manipulation. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Affiliate Program and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

6.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by providing written notice to BloomtoYouth.com. Any unpaid commissions up to the date of termination will be paid according to the payment schedule.

7. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in this Agreement shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and BloomtoYouth.com. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

9. Modifications to the Terms & Conditions

BloomtoYouth.com reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, or any such competent court, to resolve any legal matters arising from this Agreement.
