Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  1. Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  3. Damages:
    • Bloom To Youth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

  1. Processing Time:

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    • Bloom To Youth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
    • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
    • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
    • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

Return Process

  1. To Initiate a Return:
    • Contact us at admin@bloomtoyouth.com to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Refunds:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  4. Late or Missing Refunds:
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@bloomtoyouth.com.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at admin@bloomtoyouth.com
