The BloomToYouth Affiliate Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our products/services through unique referral links. The affiliate dashboard provides tools and metrics to track your referrals, earnings, and performance.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to participate in the program.

• Affiliates must provide accurate and complete registration details when signing up.

• Participation is subject to approval by BloomToYouth, which reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote BloomToYouth products/services ethically and truthfully.

• Use only approved marketing materials provided in the affiliate dashboard.

• Ensure your marketing efforts comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, advertising standards, and intellectual property laws.

• Avoid spamming, false advertising, or any behavior that may harm the reputation of BloomToYouth.

4. Referral Tracking and Commissions

• Affiliates will be provided with unique referral links to track sales.

• Commissions are earned for purchases made using your referral link, subject to the terms outlined here.

• Commission percentages and payouts are as stated on the affiliate dashboard and may vary for different products.

• Commissions are not earned for:

  • Your personal purchases.

  • Orders that are canceled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent.

  • Non-qualifying products, as listed in the affiliate dashboard.

5. Payments

• Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold specified in the Terms and Conditions.

• Payment methods include bank transfer/PayPal/etc. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

• All applicable taxes and fees are the affiliate’s responsibility.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresentation of BloomToYouth or its products.

• Using unauthorized promotional materials.

• Directly competing with BloomToYouth through similar products or services.

• Using your referral link to earn commissions from your own purchases.

• Violating any terms outlined here.

7. Termination

• BloomToYouth reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for breach of these terms or misuse of the program.

• Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.

• Upon termination, all outstanding commissions (if applicable) will be settled within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

• BloomToYouth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the program.

• We make no warranties regarding the performance or availability of the affiliate program.

9. Amendments

• BloomToYouth reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Acceptance
