Bloom To Youth Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Agreement
By participating in the Bloom to Youth Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before applying or continuing as an affiliate.
1. Agreement Overview
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Bloom to Youth (“Company”) and you (“Affiliate”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility
• Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older and residents or citizens of South Africa.
• Affiliates must have an active and public social media presence.
• Affiliates must exhibit genuine enthusiasm for skincare and K-beauty products.
• Bloom to Youth reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without explanation.
3. Commission and Payments
• Affiliates earn 10% commission on the total value of purchases made through their unique affiliate link or code.
• Commissions are calculated on the net sales amount, which excludes shipping, taxes, and any discounts applied.
• Payouts will only be made after an affiliate reaches a minimum threshold of R500 in commission.
• Payments are processed monthly at month-end and will be deposited into the affiliate’s designated South African bank account.
• Fraudulent or manipulated sales (e.g., self-purchases or returns) will result in withholding or forfeiture of commissions.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
• Affiliates must actively promote Bloom to Youth’s products by:
• Creating content on social media that features Bloom to Youth products.
• Using official hashtags (#BloomSquad, #BloomToYouth).
• Linking to the Bloom to Youth website and tagging @BloomToYouth in posts.
• Explaining the affiliate benefits (e.g., discount codes) to potential customers.
• Affiliates must comply with the Advertising Regulatory Board (ARB) Code of Conduct and disclose their affiliate relationship (e.g., adding “#ad” or “#sponsored” to content).
• Affiliates may not engage in false, misleading, or unethical advertising practices.
5. Intellectual Property
• Bloom to Youth retains ownership of all trademarks, logos, and marketing materials provided to affiliates.
• Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for promoting Bloom to Youth products.
6. Termination
• Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice to Bloom to Youth.
• Bloom to Youth reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, with or without cause, in the following circumstances:
• Breach of terms outlined in this Agreement.
• Fraudulent activity or unethical promotion.
• Inactivity exceeding 1 month, defined as no sales or promotional activity.
• Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions below the payout threshold.
7. Limitation of Liability
• Bloom to Youth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
• The Company does not guarantee specific results, income, or sales performance.
8. Confidentiality
• Affiliates agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public information shared by Bloom to Youth, including sales performance data, commissions, or promotional strategies.
9. Modifications to the Agreement
• Bloom to Youth reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your application or continuing participation in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
